As part of our "self-advocacy group," we contacted Ms. Papasotiriou, the educational activities curator for the European Parliament. Together, we designed and implemented the first adapted (multimedia) online tour of the European Parliament for people with intellectual disabilities.
During the activity, our residents were guided through the decision-making areas, learned about the right to representation, and were introduced to various professions.
