Our role as support staff is simple yet complex. Simple is our goal: to support people with disabilities to live a GOOD LIFE. Complex are the ways to achieve this goal, as daily life is full of important details and every person has their own unique characteristics. However, it is these responsibilities that make our lives beautiful and special.
The happy faces of the people we support are for us the main source of inspiration, feedback, and reward. <\/p>\n
